The official website has revealed the production of The Unwanted Undead Adventurer Season 2 anime (Nozomanu Fushi no Boukensha Season 2)!

The release date of Season 2 has not yet been revealed. As a reminder, the first season of The Unwanted Undead Adventurer was released in January 2024 and has a total of 12 episodes. More information soon.

Synopsis – The Unwanted Undead Adventurer

We follow the adventures of Rentt Faina, a twenty-five-year-old adventurer, who has been attacking monsters for about ten years.

However, Rentt isn't particularly good at this mission, and finds himself stuck hunting slimes and goblins for meager amounts of money.

Little does he know that all this is about to change when he discovers a seemingly unknown path in the middle of a labyrinth...

What awaits him at the end of the road? Unfortunately, it is not a treasure that could have made him rich, but a legendary dragon that soon swallows it whole!

When he wakes up shortly after, Rentt doesn't quite find himself dead, but not very alive either – he's just a pile of bones!

Armed with his trusty sword, tool belt, and new macabre appearance, Rentt sets out on a quest for existential evolution as a newly reborn skeleton, hoping to one day return to civilization in a more human form.

Will Rentt be able to return to human form, or will the labyrinth consume him until the end of time?
