Synopsis – Tensei Kizoku Kantei Sukiru by Nariagaru
Ars Louvent, once a simple office worker, is reborn into another world as the son of a noble family. Although he has no magic or sword skills, Ars has a unique skill: "Evaluation." This ability allows him to determine a person's current strength, future potential, and areas of expertise.
This skill is crucial in the current situation of the country, where government corruption is rampant, revolts are rife, and nobles are strengthening their defenses in anticipation of an impending war. Aware of this reality, Ars Louvent understands that he too must prepare by bringing together talented people.
He recruits a persecuted stranger with no equal in the sword; a slave with unknown magical talent; and a shy but knowledge-hungry boy. Little by little, Ars surrounded himself with supporters, with the ambition of creating the most powerful territory.
