Synopsis – The Demon Prince of Momochi House:

On her 16th birthday, Himari Momochi receives a letter informing her that she is the heiress to a mansion named Momochi House. Raised in an orphanage, this mansion is the only link she has left with her true family. Ignoring rumors that the house is haunted, Himari Momochi decides to go there. Upon arrival, she meets Aoi Nanamori and his companions, Ise and Yukari, who appear to be occupying the premises. Despite their warnings to leave, Himari Momochi is determined to stay and make the house her own.

But soon, she finds herself attacked by youkai and discovers that the mansion lies between the world of the living and the realm of spirits. Even more surprising, Aoi was chosen to be the caretaker of the mansion, a role that was originally intended for Himari Momochi.

However, this great power comes at a terrible price: Aoi can never leave the mansion, and his existence in the human world has been erased. Ignoring his pleas to leave, Himari promises to help Aoi break the curse that holds him prisoner. She begins her life under the same roof as Aoi, entering a mysterious world populated by supernatural creatures and ancient mysteries.
