I'm the Evil Lord of an Intergalactic Empire! adapted into anime

Publisher Overlap has announced the anime adaptation of the manga I'm the Evil Lord of an Intergalactic Empire! (Ore wa Seikan Kokka no Akutoku Ryoshu!) by Yomu Mishima (script) and Jyu Ishiguchi (art) with a first teaser video.

The anime series I'm the Evil Lord of an Intergalactic Empire!, scheduled for April 2025 in Japan, is directed by Tetsuya YANAGISAWA (Berserk of Gluttony, Orient, High School DxD saga) at the QUAD studio.

Synopsis – I'm the Evil Lord of an Intergalactic Empire!

Liam, after a previous life full of disappointments and betrayals, is reborn as the lord of a vast ruling family of an interstellar empire.

Determined to live only for himself and to be a ruthless tyrant, he hopes to crush the weak and enjoy power. However, despite his efforts to be cruel, his actions accidentally lead to peace and prosperity, making his rule surprisingly popular.

With every decision he makes for his own gain, he ends up improving the lives of his people, much to their dismay.
