Synopsis – Kaoru Hana wa Rin to Saku

Located side by side, two schools perfectly illustrate the contrast between social worlds: Chidori High School, a boys' school known for welcoming dunces, and Kikyo High School, a school for high-society girls.

Rintaro Tsumugi, a hard-looking but soft-hearted second-grader from Chidori High School, crosses paths with Kaoruko Waguri, a seemingly ordinary customer of his parents' pastry shop. Despite their difference in background, a complicity naturally arises between Rintaro and Kaoruko. However, Kaoruko is a student at Kikyo, a school that deeply despises Chidori.

This captivating story explores the sweets and complexities of adolescence, first love, and social barriers. Will their budding romance survive the prejudices of their social milieu?
