Aniplex has released the stunning trailer for the Ryuzoku The Blazing Dawn anime (Dragon Raja)!

The Ryuzoku – The Blazing Dawn anime series (16 episodes) debuts on April 6, 2024 in Japan. And a Season 2 is in production.

Lu Mingfei, an ordinary and unlucky high school student, sees his life turned upside down the day he receives an admission letter from Kassel College, a private foreign university. Dragon Raja is a Mobile & PC MMORPG developed with Unreal Engine 4 by Epic Games and Loong Entertainment. Released in China in 2019, it was later released in multiple languages and regions, under different names.

In this third-person game, players can move freely around an open world. Players have different combat classes to choose from. Dragon Raja offers a variety of activities, ranging from PVE missions and dungeons to PVP competitions, including a battle royale mode and car racing. Originally Dragon Raja is a series of fantasy web novels written by Lee Yeongdo in 1997, one of South Korea's most famous fantasy novelists. The story focuses on the adventures of Hutch Nedval, also known as Hoochie Nedval, a 17-year-old boy, his mentor Karl Heltant, and his friend Sanson Percival. All hailing from the impoverished town of Fief Heltant in the Kingdom of Bysus, their fates intertwine in an epic quest.

Narrated in the first person by Hoochie, the main story arc depicts their heroic quest to save their people from the black dragon Amurtaht by raising funds to pay the ransom. Their journey then leads them to search for and protect a lost girl, the Dragon Raja, who is believed to be the bridge between humans and dragons.
