The story takes us into the daily life of Kohiruimaki Karen, a 1m83 teenager, who struggled to approach people and build relationships in the real world.

She takes refuge in the online game Gale Online in which she plays a short girl named LLENN (Ren). She befriends a beautiful player named Pitohui.

Together, they sign up for the Squad Jam tournament, a team-based battle royale variation of the famous Bullet of Bullets tournament.
