Synopsis – Senpai wa Otokonoko

Senpai wa Otokonoko is a story about deceptive appearances and unexpected love within high school. Makoto Hanaoka, a sophisticated-looking second-grader, easily catches the eye of those around her. Saki Aoi, a dynamic first-grade teen, falls head over heels in love with Makoto from the first time they meet. Full of spirit, she doesn't hesitate to confess her feelings to him. However, Makoto is not a girl, but a boy who likes to dress up as a girl!

After revealing this secret to Saki, she is even more fascinated. Despite her rejection, Saki doesn't lose hope and declares that she wants to become her first love. Between Saki and her childhood friend who is very protective, Makoto's world lights up, giving him the strength to navigate between his personal interests and societal expectations.
