Year 1600. Ten years after unifying Japan, Oda Nobunaga feels his end approaching. Rather than appoint a successor from among his vassals, the great lord declared that he would entrust control of the country... to the one who will introduce him to the most powerful warrior in Japan!

A brutal and merciless tournament then began, bringing together the greatest figures of the Sengoku period. Each lord chooses his champion: the dreams of conquest, hitherto shattered, come back to life on the battlefields.
