Tenkuu Senki Shurato Remaster Anime Announced
It is through the Tatsunoko studio that we learn about the remaster of the Tenkuu Senki Shurato anime to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the franchise!
The Tenkuu Senki Shurato Remaster anime series will be released on multiple streaming platforms. This is a full HD remastered version, visual enhancements to some scenes and new scenes. A first poster of the Tenkuu Senki Shurato Remaster anime has been revealed.
Tatsunoko also clarified that other initiatives are planned for Shurato's 35th birthday. More information coming soon.

Synopsis – Shurato:
The Tenkuu Senki Shurato series is inspired by Indian mythology and esotericism.
High school student Shurato and his best friend Gai are suddenly transported to the parallel world of Tenkuukai, the land of the deities, under the guidance of the god of harmony Vishnu.
In Tenkuukai, Shurato discovers that he is actually one of the eight divine warriors of the Deva tribe, known as Shura-Oh.
Gai is also a divine warrior, known as the Yasha-Oh. However, for some unknown reason, Gai becomes hostile towards Shurato and the two become enemies.
Clad in sacred armor called Shakti, they embark on a battle that determines not only the fate of Tenkuukai, but also that of the human world.

The manga Tenkuu Senki Shurato by MIHARA Gou (script) & KAWAMOTO Hiroshi (drawings) was started in 1989 by Shonen Gahosha and has a total of 2 volumes bound in Japan.
The spinoff manga Tenkai i Tan Subaru Plana by MISAKI Takeshi debuted in 1990 by Shinkigensha Editions and has 1 volume bound in Japan.
