Synopsis – 9 Nine Ruler's Crown

In the ordinary university town of Shiromitsugawa, Kakeru Niimi's life takes an unexpected turn when the sacred reliquary at the local shrine breaks, awakening supernatural powers in several young people.

Among them, Kakeru discovers exceptional abilities, and this upheaval coincides with a series of mysterious murders perpetrated by a serial killer who also has powers.

Charged with a new responsibility, Kakeru and his companions must navigate this perilous new world to stop the criminal before he strikes again.
