His monotonous life is turned upside down when he meets Reo Mikage, a teenager who seems to have everything going for him: he is handsome, intelligent, sporty, and heir to a powerful company. Still, Reo's unique ambition is to become a football world champion.

Reo, struck by Nagi's extraordinary natural gifts for football, decides to recruit him to his club. Nagi, seemingly effortless, performs impressive technical feats on the court, drawing attention to the duo.
