Synopsis of the anime Koori Zokusei Danshi to Cool na Douryo Joshi:

Himuro is the descendant of a yuki-onna, a snow woman. Through this filiation, he unconsciously plunges his entourage into an environment close to the Arctic, according to their reactions. Worse still, he comes across as a man he is not: perceived as insensitive and cold-tempered, he is actually warm, loves cats and flowers.

His condition eventually attracts the attention of his colleague Fuyutsuki, with whom he is secretly in love. Himuro is determined to capture the young woman's heart.
