The anime Ousama Ranking: Yuuki no Takarabako, in Teaser Video

The official website has released the teaser video of the anime Ousama Ranking: Yuuki no Takarabako (Ranking of Kings: Treasure Chest of Courage)!

This special episode is scheduled for April 2023 in Japan. The story takes place before the events of the Ousama Ranking anime released in 2021.

Synopsis of the Ousama Ranking anime:

Bojji is a deaf and helpless young prince who can't even wield a child's sword. As the eldest son, he fights and dreams of becoming the greatest king in the world. However, people whisper behind his back that he is a good-for-nothing and that he cannot be king.

Bojji manages to make his first friend, Kage, who understands him.
Kage is a survivor of the Kage assassin clan who was all but wiped out. No longer a killer, Kage is now able to make ends meet by stealing.

The story follows the coming of age of Prince Bojji who meets various people in his life.
