Synopsis – Black Butler Emerald Witch Arc:

In the menacing shadow of an ancient German forest, a simple hunt turns into a sinister survival game where ancestral secrets and deadly dangers are revealed before the nobility.

Ignoring an old woman's warnings about an ancient curse, two nobles are confronted by a terrifying creature that leaves them disfigured. Meanwhile, hundreds of miles away, Ciel Phantomhive, under the orders of Queen Victoria, is forced to intervene.

With inexplicable deaths piling up in southern Germany, and local authorities calling it a witch's curse, Ciel and her loyal butler Sebastian plunge into a world where folklore and reality merge. Armed with their European information network, they must unravel a web of mysteries that links centuries of superstition to tangible, deadly threats.
