Publisher Kodansha has announced the anime adaptation of Asuka Konishi's manga Criminals Engagement (Yakuza Fiancé: Raise wa Tanin ga Ii)!

Synopsis of the series Criminals Engagement:

Yoshino is the protected princess of Osaka's largest crime family, the Somei. Known for her impassive face which earned her a reputation for coldness, and from a feared family, no man has ever dared to approach her. Everything changes when her grandfather, seeking to seal a truce, proposes her as a bride of peace to the grandson of the head of the powerful Miyama family of Tokyo.

Kirishima Miyama is a popular, charming, and seemingly quite normal young man. However, behind her smile is a violent who is attracted to Yoshino's dominant temperament, especially after she impresses him with her boldness.

Although she is aware of the potential brutality of the yakuza, Miyama's cruelty takes her by surprise. Unable to refuse this union without compromising the East-West peace treaty, Yoshino decides to prepare to enter this dangerous alliance.
