Synopsis of The Do-Over Damsel Conquers the Dragon Emperor anime

Jill Savelle, once known as the goddess of war and fiancée of Crown Prince Gerald of Kleitos, finds herself betrayed by the nation she has sworn to protect. Betrayed by her fiancé, she is falsely accused of treason and imprisoned. Just when death seems inevitable, Jill is overcome with regret, but, in a flash of light, she wakes up six years ago. Determined to no longer be a mere pawn, she seizes this second chance to change her destiny.

Flashing back in time as a 10-year-old girl, Jill is determined to escape her impending engagement with the prince. In a half-serious, half-mocking gesture, she declares her love for Hades Theos Rave, the 19-year-old Dragon Emperor, known in the future for having plunged the earth into blood because of his madness. Against all odds, he accepts his proposal!

This Hades, the opposite of the cruel tyrant of his memories, is a benevolent but unlucky emperor. Jill is faced with a dilemma: can she stop Hades from falling down the same dark and evil path, or is her future already sealed?
