Synopsis – Grand Blue

Grand Blue follows the fast-paced adventure of Kitahara Iori, a young student who arrives in the picturesque coastal town of Izu to begin his university life.

Attracted by the idea of living near the sea, Iori soon found himself involved in the exuberant world of scuba diving thanks to his uncle's dive shop. What starts as a part-time job turns into a never-ending series of festivities with a group of passionate and wacky students.

Between diving sessions, drunken evenings and unorthodox welcome rituals, Iori quickly discovers that university life is less about studying and more about escapades, flirting and friendship.
