Mitarai, a bank employee with a monotonous daily life, sees his life turned upside down when he is suddenly transferred to a mysterious Evaluation Unit. Under the enigmatic direction of his new superior Usami, he discovers a secret passage hidden within the bank itself... leading to a clandestine world of extreme gambling where fortunes and reputations are played out on a simple roll of the dice.

At the heart of this dangerous universe is Mafutsu Shin, a fearless and calculating player who is constantly looking for an opponent who is up to his level.
