Synopsis – Ameku Takao's Detective Karte:

In Ameku Takao's Detective Karte, we dive into the daily life of Tenshikai General Hospital in Tokyo, an important regional medical facility with more than 600 beds. Nurse Yuu Kojima finds himself facing the directors of each department of this hospital, with his boss, the director of the General Diagnosis Department, Takao Ameku, at his side.

Takao is an imposing figure in the industry despite his small stature, slightly oversized lab outfit, and youthful appearance. His big, twinkling eyes and innocent smile mask an incredibly sharp mind. For the past five months, Yuu has witnessed Takao's prowess in solving mysteries, ranging from complex medical cases to sordid crimes and paranormal phenomena. Gifted with above-average intelligence and endless curiosity, Takao has always been able to solve these puzzles.

However, today, their future at the hospital is in jeopardy: if the current mystery is not solved, the Department of General Diagnosis may be dismantled and Yuu Kojima may have to leave the hospital.
