Synopsis of the manga Loner Life in Another World
The manga Loner Life in Another World takes us into the hectic daily life of Haruka, a lonely high school student, who finds himself transported to another world with all his classmates. When it comes time to choose special skills, or "cheats," to survive in this new world, Haruka expects to be able to select any super-powered ability. However, these skills are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and his classmates take the best choices before him.
Reuniting with the remains, Haruka discovers that he is unable to form a group due to his "loner" skill, which continues to define him even in this alien world. While his adventurous days seem destined to be, as always, a solitary affair, he becomes aware of a crisis threatening his classmates.
Making a silent vow to save them, Haruka decides to dispense with any cheating skills. He chooses to follow the path of pure strength that transcends the need for cheats. With this resolve, he begins to forge his own path, proving that even the loneliest of individuals can become a hero in his own way.
