Warner Bros. Pictures has unveiled the trailer for the animated film The Lord Of The Rings: The War Of The Rohirrim. The trailer promises a visual and narrative epic plunging viewers into a little-known but crucial chapter in the universe of Middle-earth.

Synopsis – The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim

Set 183 years before the events of The Lord of the Rings film trilogy, War of the Rohirrim explores the heroic fate of the House of Helm Hammerhand, the legendary King of Rohan. The film begins with a surprise attack led by Wulf, a cunning and ruthless Dunlending Lord, who seeks revenge for his father's death.

This offensive forced Helm and his people to entrench themselves in the ancient fortress of Hornburg, later known as Hornfort. In the midst of this desperate siege, Hera, Helm's daughter, finds herself forced to take the reins of resistance to defend her people against an enemy determined to annihilate them completely.
