The anime film Lupin the IIIrd The Movie is unveiled as a video teaser and becomes the first new 2D animated feature film in the franchise centered on Lupin in nearly 30 years, Lupin III: Dead or Alive in 1996.

The film Lupin the IIIrd The Movie is scheduled for release in 2025 in Japanese theaters. More information soon.

Synopsis – Manga

The story follows the misadventures of Lupin III and his friends when they embark on a robbery that is always riskier than the previous one.

Arsène Lupin III, grandson of the famous thief, Arsène Lupin, is considered the greatest thief of all time by managing to steal objects of inestimable value while warning their owner before each theft.

His right-hand man and closest ally is Daisuke Jigen, a sniper who can accurately shoot a target in 0.3 seconds.

Although Lupin and Jigen often work as a duo, they are also joined by Goemon Ishikawa XIII, a master swordsman whose sword can cut through anything, or the seductive Mine Fujiko, a manipulative woman with whom Lupin is madly in love.
