After brilliantly leading the quintuplets through their difficult academic journey as a tutor, Futaro has seen each of the sisters achieve their dreams and follow distinct paths in life. While the girls have now taken different paths, lingering concerns seem to accompany them. To celebrate their enduring friendship and personal growth, Futaro and the quintuplets plan a getaway to Hawaii, combining honeymoon and travel with friends.

But things take an unexpected turn when unforeseen incidents occur, turning their journey into a series of mishaps and hilarious moments.
