The Sakamoto Days anime, in Trailer

The long-awaited trailer for the anime Sakamoto Days, an adaptation of Yuto Suzuki's popular manga of the same name, has just been released, and it doesn't fail to immerse us in the action against a backdrop of comedy that has made the series famous.

The anime series Sakamoto Days (about 24 episodes divided into 2 parts) premieres on January 11, 2025 on Netflix. The second part is scheduled for July 2025.

Synopsis – Sakamoto Days

We follow the daily life of Taro Sakamoto, a legendary assassin feared by all gangsters, who had the misfortune to fall in love. Retirement, marriage, fatherhood... and weight gain.
Sakamoto, converted into the owner of a small neighborhood grocery store, lives happily with his family, until his past catches up with him.

One day Sakamoto meets Shin, a young telepathic assassin, who pushes him to return to service.
