Synopsis – Senpai wa Otokonoko

Senpai wa Otokonoko is a story about deceptive appearances and unexpected love within the high school. Makoto Hanaoka, a second-grader with a feminine look, easily catches the attention of those around him. Saki Aoi, a dynamic first-year teenager, falls head over heels in love with Makoto from the first time they meet. Full of spirit, she does not hesitate to confess her feelings to him. However, Makoto is not a girl, but a boy who likes to dress up as a girl!

After revealing this secret to Saki, the latter is even more fascinated. Despite her rejection, Saki does not lose hope and declares that she wants to become her first love.
