The anime adaptation of the acclaimed visual novel Summer Pockets has just unveiled an enchanting trailer that invites us to the mysterious island of Torishirojima. Nestled in the Seto Inland Sea, this small, quiet island is about to become the scene of an unforgettable summer for the protagonist, Hairi Takahara.

The anime series Summer Pockets (24 episodes divided into 2 parts) is scheduled for 2025 in Japan.

Synopsis – Summer Pockets

Summer Pockets is set on the remote and peaceful island of Torishirojima, located in the Seto Inland Sea, where the population does not exceed two thousand souls. Hairi Takahara, a teenager from the city, finds himself on this island to settle the estate of his recently deceased grandmother. What he imagines to be a summer of loneliness and melancholy quickly turns into a journey of personal discovery and new encounters.

The summer of Hairi is marked by the presence of four young girls, each with their own quest and secrets.
Shiroha Naruse, mysterious and introverted, seeks to remember the forgotten summer vacation.
Ao Sorakado, energetic and adventurous, is fascinated by the legends of the island.
Kamome Kushima, an elegant visitor, is in search of a legendary pirate ship.
And Tsumugi Wenders, a playful young girl, tries to find herself in the middle of the immensity of nature.
