The Vinland Saga Season 2 anime is revealed with a third trailer

The animated series Vinland Saga Season 2 (24 episodes) debuts on January 9, 2023 in Japan & (Amazon Prime Video).

Synopsis of the Vinland Saga manga:

Thorfinn is the son of one of the greatest Viking warriors. When his father is killed by Askeladd, a cunning and dishonorable mercenary leader, the young boy vows to find rest only when he has taken revenge.

This is how he enters the service of Askeladd in order to be able to challenge him to a duel. Years go by and Thorfinn, now a formidable warrior, still can't beat him. A prisoner of his past and unable to move forward, his thirst for vengeance drags him, against his will, into the middle of a Machiavellian war for the crown of England.
