Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun Season 2 Part.2: July 2025

The official website has revealed that the sequel to the anime Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun Season 2 (Jibaku Shounen Hanako-kun Season 2) will be released this summer 2025.

The anime series Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun Season 2 (24 episodes) premiered on January 12, 2025 and resumes in July 2025 streaming on Crunchyroll.

Synopsis – Toilet-Bound Hanako-kun

In the grounds of the Kamale Academy, Japanese urban legends come to life with the famous "Seven Mysteries". Among these legends, that of Hanako-san, the ghost of a young girl who haunts the school toilets, is particularly famous. Rumor has it that anyone who manages to summon Hanako-san will have a wish granted. Attracted by this legend, Nene Yashiro, a young girl in search of luck in love, decides to try her luck to summon Hanako-san. To her surprise, she discovers that the so-called "girl's ghost" is actually a boy!

After a series of unfortunate events related to her romantic desires, Yashiro finds herself unwittingly immersed in the supernatural world, becoming Hanako-kun's assistant. She soon learns that Hanako-kun's mission goes far beyond simply haunting the school restroom: he is tasked with maintaining the delicate balance between mortals and apparitions. Together, they navigate through the mysteries of the academy, confronted with supernatural forces and puzzles that test their ingenuity and courage.

This unexpected partnership between a human and a spirit opens the door to adventures and discoveries that transcend the boundaries of the real world and the ghost realm.
