Synopsis – Apocalypse Hotel

In a deserted Tokyo, in the heart of the Ginza district, still stands the Ginzaro, a solitary hotel frozen in time. In this world where humanity has disappeared and nature is reclaiming its rights, the only life forms that remain within the walls of the building are robots. Among them is Yachiyo, a hotel management robot, who is stubborn in keeping the property in tip-top shape.

Day after day, Yachiyo, along with other robots in various roles, performs maintenance tasks, adjusts services for guests who will probably never come, and watches over this island of civilization lost in the middle of a ruined world.

But as they continue to wait, a question arises: what is really left of their raison d'être, and what does it mean to continue in a world without humans?
