Batman Ninja vs. Yakuza League anime movie, announced

It is through Warner Bros Japan that we learn about the production of the animated film Batman Ninja vs Yakuza League!

It is the sequel to the Batman Ninja anime film released in 2018. The release date has not yet been revealed. More information soon.

Synopsis of the Batman Ninja anime (2018):

In the dark depths of Arkham Asylum, Batman comes face to face with Gorilla Grodd and tries to put an end to the latter's machinations, focused on his latest invention, the Seismic Engine. But as an epic fight unfolds, the invention accidentally activates, engulfing the entire asylum and propelling Batman into the feudal era of Japan!

On the spot, samurai attack him, sent by a mysterious sponsor. In the course of his investigation, Batman discovers that the mastermind behind this assassination order is none other than his eternal enemy, the Joker. A chance encounter with Catwoman reveals that the criminals of Arkham were teleported here two years earlier, each carving out a fiefdom within this ancient Japan, with the Joker who has set himself up as the dominant warlord.

To return to his hometown, Batman must reactivate the Seismic Engine, now nestled in the heart of Arkham Castle, a medieval transformation of the asylum.
