Synopsis of Isekai One Turn Kill Nee-san anime:

Following an accident in the real world, Asahi Ikusaba is transported to another world. He tries to take advantage of the fantastical world he has imagined, but his abilities turn out to be as weak as possible. Just as he is about to be attacked by a vicious monster, Asahi is saved by his older sister, Mayu.

Mayu was also transported to this world with the strongest abilities and cheating skills to protect her beloved brother.
