Introduced in the Star and Stripe arc of My Hero Academia, she arrives as a reinforcement to counter the growing threat of Tomura Shigaraki. With an imposing physique and bright blonde hair, Cathleen embodies power and boldness with a costume adorned with the stars and stripes symbolizing her country.

An avid admirer of All Might, she adopts her eight-strand hair style to honor her hero, whose rescue of her family as a young girl profoundly marked her life path.

Determined, daring, and willing to do anything to protect others, Cathleen arrives in Japan to confront Tomura, but he is willing to do anything to achieve his next goal: stealing his Quirk, New Order.
