Synopsis - Ace of the Diamond Act II Season 1

Koshien Stadium, the sacred shrine of Japanese high school baseball, is the "field of dreams" where the ambitions of young baseball players come true.

After their victory at the autumn tournament the previous year, the Seidou High School baseball team finally earns the right to compete in Koshien for the first time in seven years. Beyond the spring tournament lies the battle to determine which is the best team in the country during the summer Koshien.

With the imminent departure of the third-year players after the summer tournament, the team must integrate the experience of the seniors and the potential of the newcomers to overcome both old and new opponents and win the coveted national title. Meanwhile, the pitcher Eijun Sawamura is more determined than ever to get the number 1 jersey and seize the 'ace' position against his persistent rival, Satoru Furuya. As the team prepares for their biggest challenge yet, Sawamura and Furuya continue their struggle to lead their team to glory and become the star of the game: the true Ace of the Diamond.
