In The Brilliant Healer's New Life in the Shadows, we follow Zenos, born into the poverty of the lower depths, who has never had a real chance in life. Determined to change his fate, he self-trains in the art of healing after a chance encounter with a healer. His life takes a turn when he joins a group of adventurers led by a man named Aston. Unfortunately, despite his hard work and growing talent, his teammates underestimate him and eventually expel him from the group, leaving him without money and options.

Zenos then opens a clandestine clinic, becoming a healer of the shadows. His fame quickly grows among the inhabitants of the city's underbelly, attracting the attention of the upper echelons, including the royal palace.

Faced with a society that has rejected him, will Zenos manage to carve out a path and establish a new life as a brilliant healer?
