Synopsis of the manga Shikanoko Nokonoko Koshitantan:

Koshi Torako is an outstanding high school student, adored by her classmates and recognized by society. Underneath her model student mask, however, is a legendary delinquent. Luckily for Torako, that's in the past and no one can recognize her now... at least, that's what she thought, until one day she met an unknown creature named Shikanoko Noko (or just Nokotan to friends)!

It's not clear what Nokotan is: a human girl or an elk, but in an instant, she was able to see (or sniff) through Torako's playing. And now it looks like she's determined to drive Torako crazy!
